huh. i screamed like crazy when the spoiler for S2xE2 came out and saw stannis/mel table!sex because, you know, i ship them from the very start i read davos’ pov in acok.

… so i find it highly disturbing and notat allamusing when someone said it’s disgusting.

#so yea #basically i'm screaming over the porn AND the awesomeness of this pairing; like how their relationship is very complicated and all #and it's not like i'm forcing my opinion to you or anything but... am i seriously and really the only one who ships them from the #very start of the story? #cause if i am well; that's just... weird. weird in my case and not in yours don't worry. #but think over it like this; #stannis is the azhor azhai and mel is supposed to lead him through his way to victory. she's a fucking red priestess with exotic accent #and gorgeous body and beautiful face. and everyone she meets simply just <i>ship</i> her the moment they laid their eyes on her. #stannis is the rightful king of westeros (thou i still am cheering for aegon to conquer soon enough) and has no lust for women (supposedly). #he hasn't get laid with his wife in a year or more because she's old and <i>everything melisandre is not</i>. #perhaps they do not love each other; but stannis is a man of duty #and when duty calls--he's like a superman of some sort where he will flip out and do whatever it takes to make sure the duty has been don... #so imagine: he hasn't fucked for years = his lust buried deep down due to his duty + mel telling him that they need a son FROM HER #to finish their 'duty' could only result/equals = hot table!sex (angry rough loveless but passionate and literally <i>hot</i>). #can you imagine it now? can you still say it's disgusting even now? #i hope not ;) #game of thrones #melisandre #melisandre of asshai #got #asoiaf #a song of ice and fire #stannis baratheon #stannis #stannis x melisandre #melisandre x stannis #stannis x mel #mel x stannis
